      Once clients approve mockups, signaling entry into the design phase, refunds become unavailable, preserving resources invested in the design process.

    1. No Partial Refunds:
      To maintain integrity in project completion, we refrain from offering partial refunds for projects underway or during crucial phases.

    1. Subscription Cancellation Policy:
      While our digital marketing services are non-refundable, clients can cancel subscriptions with a written notice at least 30 days before the intended date.

      Advance payments made are adjusted proportionally to the completed work in cases of project discontinuation or mutual exits.
