We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance management. **Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment and Onboarding:**

– Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.

– Coordinate onboarding processes and training programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

**Employee Relations:**

– Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication between staff and management.

– Develop and implement disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when necessary.

**HR Administration and Compliance:**

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with pixel setup and tracking on Facebook Ads is Mandatory and will be asked in Interview, Please bring your previous case studies or screenshots as well.
  • Knowledge of SEO is also needed, as you have to lead the Team.
